The MVMNT Standard is an online training program built for the everyday functional fitness athlete who wants to build strength, improve aerobic capacity, and develop skills through smart, well-balanced training.
Required level
This program is made for intermediate to advanced athletes. You don’t have to be able to do all the skills or lift a certain amount of weight. What matters is that you show up, know your level, and adjust when you need to.
The program consists of one main track. Higher skill workouts are programmed with a recommended stimulus and examples for scaling options.
Training philosophy
The MVMNT Standard is all about sustainable progress. You’ll train hard, but also smart. Every week has structure, purpose, and balance between intensity and recovery. Some days will push you, others will make you focus on how you move.
The goal isn’t to become an elite level athlete – for most that mindset will actually do more damage than benefit. At the MVMNT Standard we’re looking for consistency and awareness. You’ll learn to listen to your body, adapt when needed and still stay on track.
Program structure
Each week includes 5 training days, 1 active recovery day, and 1 full rest day. The sessions take around 90-120 minutes. There are options to make sessions shorter or longer to make it fit your lifestyle. You’ll see a mix of strength, skill, and engine work designed to build a well-rounded athlete who moves better, feels stronger, and stays consistent.
The goal
This isn’t an all-in-or-nothing program or a guilt-driven grind. It’s consistent, balanced training that helps you feel good, move well, and actually enjoy the process. The MVMNT Standard is all about sustainability. The goal is to be strong for life, and not just for a short period of it.
