I’m a CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting coach based in Zürich, and I’ve been coaching since 2018. My goal is to help people become the strongest and healthiest version of themselves.
I believe good coaching goes beyond giving technique tips. To me, it’s about helping athletes understand their bodies, fall in love with the process, and create habits they actually enjoy and stick to.
I love working with athletes of all levels — whether you’re training to compete, to get stronger, or simply to feel better in your own skin.
Athlete
I started my fitness journey over a decade ago as a regular gym-goer. In 2017 I was introduced to CrossFit.
I’ve had some competitive years in CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, including the CrossFit Semifinals 2022 on a team, and I managed to set several national records in Olympic weightlifting in 2021.
While I don’t consider myself a competitive athlete anymore, I still love the occasional team competition. I also continue to participate in the national Olympic weightlifting season.
I just love doing all this fitness stuff — and I plan to keep doing it for as long as my body allows me to.
I’ve worked with many coaches over the years and I’m convinced there’s always room to improve. The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that progress takes time and consistency always wins. Once you understand that fitness is a forever thing, you stop stressing over quick results and start enjoying the journey.
Founder of The MVMNT Standard
I created The MVMNT Standard for the everyday athlete who loves to train hard but also wants something sustainable. It’s built on the same principles I follow myself: strength, skill, and engine work — done with purpose and balance.
I’ve been writing the programming for CrossFit Zürich for over five years, and along the way I’ve learned that training doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective. I genuinely love creating and testing workouts — whether it’s for CrossFit Zürich, myself, or one of the many in-house competitions I’ve organized.
This program is my way of sharing that passion. It’s not about chasing perfection or competing at the highest level. It’s about showing up, putting in the work, and having fun while doing it.
